💡 Format after --fix if a userland formatter is detected

Use a tool like Prettier or Biome if the code needs formatting. Knip removes the minimum amount of code while leaving it in a working state.
If the user has a common formatter such as Prettier configured, it would be nice to apply formatting to those files. That way we can see diffs from knip --fix having the same formatting as the rest of the files.
