Last 3 releases have had no code changes
Hey team, this is a pretty minor issue, but it seems that the maintenance tooling is updating and causing new releases to be cut. This creates downstream noise and work to be done, and given that the maintenance tooling is all Node/JS and updating on the frequency that Node and JS like to do so, it could become a lot of noise.
The 3 most recent releases at the time of writing this were only updates to the tools that do the release.
I'd suggest maybe checking in CI to see if Sources or Tests have changed, and skipping the release part if not?
