On windows when using the install command (eg zvm i 0.13.0) the symlink/shortcut (edit: apparently on windows the binaries are just copied into the folder that is in path) that is needed for zig to be in path is not created. the use command as to be used for zig to be in path. This is inconsistent with the behavior of the install command on linux.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run an install command (eg zvm i 0.13.0)
Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to
happen.
The symlink/shortcut that is needed for zig should be created.
