Remove (parts of) the Mypy plugin
Mypy 1.1.1 adds full support for dataclass transform: https://mypy-lang.blogspot.com/2023/03/mypy-111-released.html
we should remove that from our plugin in the upcoming months (we can give people time to update to mypy 1.1.1) so we don't have to maintain it anymore 😊
