Description
The "prerelease identifier" to use as a prefix for the "prerelease" part of a semver. Like the rc in 1.2.0-rc.8.

#97 (with interactive-ui ) cannot custom the "prerelease identifier", and now only use cli like below
np 1.0.2-beta.3 or npm version prepatch --preid beta
