Unable to access my account because facebook request I use the mobile app

After login in, I am presented with the following screen
I have already perform that requirement through there website, so I don't know why I am requested to go the process all over again.
The link ici, that is supposed to allow me past that shit, does not seems to work. The window seems to flash briefly, like it tries to switch to another content, but simply redisplay the same useless content.
Can you please have a look?
I would like to test your application to see if it fits my needs.
