When menubar mode is active and dock mode disabled, the Caprine window always shows in mission control (open window view), even when closed. Instead of disappearing it just goes to the back of open app windows. It is also always shown in empty desktops when there is nothing else to show in front of it.
The only fix I have found is enabling dock mode again, which is not preferred.

Preferred interaction would be:

• enable menu bar mode and disable dock mode
• close window
• Caprine is not visible in mission control or empty desktops
