Better IOS shortcut pdf maker

Do you think you can create a better version of the pdf converter action? The one on ios shortcuts converts images into pdfs, but it doesn't realigned the images to make it look nicer to scroll through noir keep the original quality of the images. If I'm explaining it too badly, take a look at the IOS app ES File Explorer on iPhone, It has a pdf converter that does everything better than the iOS make pdf action does. I can also provide two pdf files that show the difference between IOS make pdf and Es file explorer pdf
