Issue Funding: Provide quick-link for admins to badge settings on the public issue page
I am not getting much funding but I would like people to know how much I estimate the costs to be.
So, the workflow that I propose:
- Someone creates and issue
- I click on the polar badge
- Somewhere, I see "Manage" or "Edit" or "Update"
When I click on "manage", the dialog from the "badge" link is there:
