Bad ranking in search for an exactly matched natural=peak vs other elements with the same name or partial matches
Describe the issue
Search for "cerro catedral" and the object that should came first is at the bottom ot the page.
Before it apears other elements, roads named in reference to the peak ("Cerro Catedral"), a church named "Catedral", a hotel named "Catedral", a building named "Catedral"... See the screenshot.
Steps to reproduce
0. (with maps of Uruguay, south of Brazil and half the maps of Argentina loaded)
- Search for "cerro catedral"
- See the results (should be the same as the attached screenshot)
Expected behaviour
The "Cerro Catedral" element, in Maldonado, Uruguay, natural=peak ranked first.
Followed by other "Cerro Catedral" peaks, in Argentina (further away from me)
Other elements below them (not sure what could be the best criteria for the rest of them)
