I also see that for some users, when uploading such edits, some edits are sent without a comment, in principle, even if they made changes

In general, this is not a critical issue, but why does the error message actually end up in the changeset comment?
And is it possible that the error message does not fit in 255 characters and because of this, the comment is lost?
