Android 13 has custom themes feature. One can choose color and icon shape. But Debug icon will lose texture.
Steps to reproduce
- Enable custom theme in Android 13
- Install OrganicMaps debug.

Additional context
Release and beta icons have foreground and background layers. But debug has no backgroun and only foreground.
