[android] Allow to select only one file for import with Import Bookmarks and Tracks button

Now Import Buttons and Tracks button shows a system Folder Selection dialog that doesn't allow selecting a single file, only a directory that is scanned with subdirectories for any GPX, KML, KMZ, or KMB files.

Allowing importing a single file may be beneficial for some users.

A good question is if it can be done using the same button (ideally), or if a separate "Import one file" button be added.
