[android] The number of outdated maps is not displayed for failed downloads
How to reproduce:
- Have at least one outdated map file in the app (the previous or beta version can be installed, for example). On the map, the menu button should display "1" indicator.
- Try to download the update for this map and interrupt it by turning off the data connection.
- Go back to the map screen and see, that the menu button is empty.
Users expect to always see a correct number of outdated maps, despite failed downloads for these maps.
