Some of the applications (Gmail for example) offer to open maps application when you select text with an address. Then you select app. Google maps, Yandex maps, Yandex navigator open a map and put a pointer(very useful). Locus opens a searching dialog and offers a list of similar addresses. OSMand, Mapy.cz open a searching dialog but can't find anything. Organic Maps just opens the app.
