There was a downtime for our application between the following dates:

2023-12-08 20:00 CET - 2023-12-09 03:00CET

The downtime was not detected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Stop your app server

Expected behavior:
Detect downtime

Actual behavior:
Ignores error: No route to host
