Describe the bug

This enhancement strips the message dates and users from the message thread for display on the patient dashboard Messages widget. However, this regular expression is so specific that it will not match messages sent via the Message Center without a recipient specified.

I would argue that it is a bad idea to strip out the dates and users at all, because it makes it hard to tell at a glance who said what to whom, but I presume that was a design decision intended to save screen space. Regardless, if the date and user stripping occurs, it should be consistent.

To Reproduce

1. Select "Messages"
2. Create New Message, specifying patient but not recipient (leave as "Select User")
3. Access patient dashboard for specified patient.
4. View date and user unstripped from Messages widget display.
