Allow changing languages
We can use many languages for Blockly.
We can always load English and load other languages, too as they overwrite the default language.
- extract English translations from the blocks.js file, see the blockly format
- create German translations for the files
- choose the language from the Index page
- create an English Index Page
- in the code you copy: set a botLanguage variable
- in load-bot.js, load the selected language
