CLDR - improve translation
The Common Locale Data Repository has many of the translations covered that we use.

To close this issue:
- skip though the documentation and fill this list
- Translate the language in the index.html to choose from
- Translate the language in the drop-down menu
- Translate the month names
- Add a chooser for the date and use the date as 'date according to language'
- Localized Timezone Names https://babel.pocoo.org/en/latest/dates.html#localized-time-zone-names
For all of those, remove them from the present translations.
