edit colors
It would be nice to edit the colors of the calendar. At the moment, we add CSS. For some of the colors, it is already implemented to generate the CSS in the dhtmlx.html file. This should be the norm: This way, improvements can be made in case CSS is a bit faulty, too.
- move colors from CSS generation to specification attributes
- make them editable (edit a calendar and look at it)
