Translate the example link
For people who visit the calendar in their own language, it would be nice to see an example that actually makes sense for the place they are in.
Implementation suggestion:
- make the url field in the default specification an empty list.
- add a URL for holidays in the UK to the translations file for EN
- add the current URL to the german file
- in the configuration page, when the page is loaded first with no calendars, prefill from the translations
- write feature tests for German and English
