Docs: Explain what the Repository Pattern is
Summary
There are a few places in the documentation that refer to "repositories". Some examples (perhaps not exhaustive):
- https://docs.litestar.dev/latest/tutorials/repository-tutorial/01-modeling-and-features.html
- https://docs.litestar.dev/latest/reference/contrib/repository/index.html
- https://docs.litestar.dev/latest/reference/contrib/sqlalchemy/repository.html
These references do not explain what this pattern is (or even that it is a broad pattern, not something specific to Litestar), nor one might want to structure their models (?) in this way.
I reached out on the discord to try to get some clarity on this, and @cofin suggested I make an issue for it, so here I am!
