When looking at a large number of shipments, it is currently hard to tell how long a shipment has actually been in transit. This is an important measure to specify whether a shipment got stuck and might have a problem. Currently, the only way to do this is checking each shipment manually and individually.
Describe the solution you'd like
I want to have a field for a shipment/tracker object that measures the actual transit time:
- Shipment in transit: time from first actual carrier scan until now
- Shipment delivered: time from first actual carrier scan to "delivered" or "ready for customer pickup" status
This field should be visible/sortable in the dashboard as well (overview tables for shipments/trackers).
