Description
This project requires datagram routing. It will be based on the following designs:
- Scalable Routing Easy as PIE: a Practical Isometric Embedding Protocol
- Virtual Overlays Using Tree Embeddings
The anonymous address system will not be implemented because of the significant byte-length overhead it would involve. The details have been specified in Packager spec > Spanning Tree Embedding.

Some of this will be implemented in the Packager class, but most of it will be implemented as an Application that has callbacks used by the Packager to use these features. In addition, since spanning tree maintenance will require periodically running some checks, it will be useful to run as an Application that schedules events, similar to how the basic Beacon application enables peer discovery.
