Describe the bug

When running the --unit-tests flag the following error initially occurs:

Starting generation of unit tests...
No API key found!
Please run:
npx pythagora --config --pythagora-api-key <YOUR_PYTHAGORA_API_KEY>
or
npx pythagora --config --openai-api-key <YOUR_OPENAI_API_KEY>

Then running: npx pythagora --config --openai-api-key <YOUR_OPENAI_API_KEY> with a valid OpenAI API Key results in:

API key added to config!
Bash script exited with code 0

However running with the --unit-tests flag still results in:

Starting generation of unit tests...
No API key found!
Please run:
npx pythagora --config --pythagora-api-key <YOUR_PYTHAGORA_API_KEY>
or
npx pythagora --config --openai-api-key <YOUR_OPENAI_API_KEY>
