Cannot create a part with same name but different categories

Describe the bug*
Parts -> Subcategory section, I have created PCB category (to only refer bare board) and second category is PCBA (Assembled PCBs)
Parts -> Parts section, I want to create two parts with "Breaker" name, one in PCB category (Component and Purchasable) and the second in PCBA category (Assembly), but the app is not allowing me to do so.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create "PCB" subcategory in Parts -> Subcategory (No parents)
- Create "PCBA" subcategory in Parts -> Subcategory (No parents)
- Create part with name "Breaker" in category "PCB", Part attributes: Component, Purchasable
- Create part with name "Breaker" in category "PCBA", Part attributes: Assembly
Expected behaviour
I have both parts, since both components have the same name but one refers to bare board but the another refers to assembled pcb
