Update docs for non-node install
Ref: #5413
Add documentation specific for those who are building InvenTree themselves but do not want (or are unable to) install node
In this case, they can download a pre-compiled frontend package. But, is somewhat difficult.
Most users will never need to do this but we do need to document it.
