[FR] Backup filenames should contain the instance name the datetime (UTC) and the inventree version
Please verify that this feature request has NOT been suggested before.

Problem statement
Currently the backups only have generated hash filenames with not much of a value, the order is not by date, the backup files don't identify the system they were generated on and restoring them with a different version of inventree is not guaranteed to work.
I've got daily backups of more than one inventree instance.

Suggested solution
I suggest adding the instance names at the beginning of the filename, then a datetime YYYYMMDD-hhmmss and the inventree version used for the backup. (clearly defining UTC timezone would sort out any ambiguity)
Describe alternatives you've considered
Technically I could add a custom script to find the latest generated files and rename them as above, but this feature should be generally accessible to all inventree users in the future.
