Repro:
tsup <any-file> --config YOURSTUPIDFACE
Expected: an error that tsup couldn't find YOURSTUPIDFACE
Actual: tsup builds with defaults and no warnings/errors
I had a typo in my config filename and such an error would have saved me much time.
