Remove TS-Morph dependency
I think we should be fine removing ts-morph and simply rolling our own helper functions for generating types. Because we only generate types we don't need ts-morphs parsing and morphing features.
It should improve performance greatly along with a bit less dependencies. Should ease work with #11
