From v1.1.19 and above, whenever my scroll down animation ends and then I try to scroll again, I get teleported immediately to the top of the page.
I downgraded to 1.1.18 and this was not the case. I was able to scroll smootlhy down multiple times.
I guess it could have something with the new fix in .19 regarding the scrollend event
