Slow Scroll on 2 in 1 tablet
Describe the bug
If i scroll on a 2 in 1 tablet (surfacae go 3), the scroll is very slow and unresponsive, with a massive delay between the actual scroll and the lenin animation.
the fact is that it works fine if i use the touch screen, but does not work if i use trackpad
To Reproduce
I've tried the same setup with smartphones, tablets and PCs and everything works fine (I've also tried with old PCs or tablets from 10 years ago).
