Expected result
The linter misinterprets import type {Paths} as unused. It doesn’t account for Paths.foo being used as a type-level key and, therefore, issues an unnecessary warning (fix will even remove such import leading to incorrect code).
TypeScript itself doesn’t prohibit this real world usage. The linter should recognize that Paths with as const(const assertion) is a purely type-based import, even though it originates from a const declaration in place of annotations or type aliases.
