Building alire release 1.1.0 from source on Debian 10 (Buster) fails with:
clic-subcommand.ads:58:07: "not null" allowed only for an access type
clic-subcommand.ads:58:47: "Value_Callback" not declared in "Command_Line"
The g-comlin.ads in the Debian native toolchain (gcc 8.3.0) does not define Value_Callback.
This matters because the only way to get alr on a Raspberry Pi is to build from source.
