We can expand a bit on policies for submissions. A few issues that arose recently:
- Test crates that should not be submitted
- But demos/examples are nice to have as a dependent
- Like
ada_*is discouraged,lib*too (unless this is an external wrapper for a system lib, or it is a long-established name for the project).
