When we detect alr being run inside a crate, we relocate to its root so all files are at expected relative paths. However, if we are running alr init foo in e.g. ${CRATE_ROOT}/deps, we end with ${CRATE_ROOT}/foo instead of the expected ${CRATE_ROOT}/deps/foo. Furthermore this is not immediately evident, as it seems the command has had no effect.
