Currently we store the full release definition in the lockfile, which is overkill. We can store a proxy (Alire.Releases.Proxies) which is essentially its version and origin. This is enough to reproduce a build and locate the original release during lockfile load.
Ideally, we should be able to load old format (full release) and new format (proxy) to avoid discarding current lockfiles.
