alr run does not accept scenario variables, even though these might be necessary on some systems to succesfully build.
As a workaround (to fix onox/orka#62) I ran alr build with some scenario variables, immediately followed by alr run -s. Without the -s, alr run would still try to build some files (orka-simd-fma-doubles-arithmetic.adb) that cannot be build on older CPUs.
