Use some form of annotation (reviewdog? GH API?) to generate warnings as comments.
Checks to be implemented:
- Warnings should be promoted to errors (e.g., license arrays)
- Missing fields in manifest (license, tags, website, etc.)
- Author not in the list
- Missing external dependencies that cause a build skip
- Detect build mode being set in libraries
- Build on docker image with cross compilers (to support crates like e.g. alire-project/alire-index#212)
- At least, initially, don't fail for cross-crates
- Is it feasible to install all toolchains in a docker?
- Website is fetchable (prevent alire-project/alire-index#231)
