The alire indexes have a priority.
- It is not clear what is the highest priority. It seems that 1 is the highest priority.
- If you want to use a local repository and override some community definition you have to put it in highest priority. There is no easy way to do this except by removing and adding it again.
- May be by default a local repository should be a higher priority.
May be a --move=NAME could be added so that combining --move=NAME with --before=NAME would do the trick.
