Describe the bug
If I run alr action post-fetch
the doesn't have the compiler in the PATH.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
alr get xmlada && alr -C xmlada_24.0.0_ae5a015b action post-fetch

Expected Behavior
It would be nice to have "correct" env in the launched command.
