Codebase improvements: Apply typing to many Standard.String objects
This issue is expected be trivial;
String is used many places essentially making strings untyped.
I suggest to introduce typed strings.
What would be the convention for string types (Label here as example) ?
Type_LabelT_LabelLabel_TLabel_TypeString_LabelLabel_StringLabel_IdId_Label- others convention ..
I would suggest 8.

- Label
- Filter
- Commit
- Command

Proposed steps to applying types Strings:
- Introduce
subtype Id_Label is String - Change to
type Id_Label is new String - Identify conflicts, introducing generic sub-programs and conversions where due.
- Possibly making some string types private.
