Building alr on Windows includes the os_linux source directory
From the build log:
-> Spawning: ["gprbuild", "-v", "-s", "-j0", "-p", "-P", "C:\Projects\Alire\alire-main\alr.gpr", "-v"]
... gcc.exe ... alire\os_linux\alire-platforms-current__linux.adb
This is from alr.gpr; apparently Alire_Common.Host_OS is not set to "windows".
That's because nothing with's alr_env.gpr, where "OS" is actually set.
The attached patch uses config/alr_config.gpr Alire_Host_OS instead; it works.
