Hello,

I just installed Alire for the first time on Windows 10. When I entered the command alr, it asked me to install msys. I answered "Y". The installation went well. I was quite suprised. Usually, there is always bugs when I install a new system. Then I entered alr init --bin myproj. The project was created without error. Then, I typed alr build and I got the message "ERROR: No index.toml file found in index". I get this message also with "alr get hello".
