[REQUEST] Support for single specific exe i.e mod organizer 2

I would like a way to add in a single executable rather than using a bulk importer for games.
For example, If i wanted to manually import retroarch or emulation station DE, I would still get the parser config to select steamgriddb banners, etc. I would also use this for modded games such as running through Mod Organizer 2.
