LibC+DynamicLoader: Share malloc heap between LibC and DynamicLoader
Right now DynamicLoader has its own static copy of LibC and therefore has a separate malloc heap. We could save a bit of memory by somehow getting DynamicLoader and LibC to use the same heap.
