FileManager: Not all files are displayed after copying multiple into the open directory
The FileManager is not correctly updating when files are moved or copied into the directory that is being displayed. My first impression is that it's refreshing itself immediately after starting a file operation, but as those now happen in a separate process, it only sees the first few steps have completed.
To reproduce, select several files or directories and drag them onto the desktop. Most of the time, only some of them will appear, but ls shows that all of them were copied over.
