WindowServer+DisplaySettings: Configuration of Wallpaper and Wallpaper Mode are in two different files

When changing the wallpaper in the Display Settings app, the wallpaper path gets saved to /home/anon/.config/WindowManager.ini by DisplaySettings, while the wallpaper mode (tile, stretch, center) gets saved to /etc/WindowServer.ini by WindowServer. If a color is selected as background, it does not get saved at all.
