ProtocolServer, LibWeb, WebContent, the Browser (or whoever does things these days) should be able to ask LookupServer for the given domain name in advance (if only to make sure it stays in the cache). And ideally, ProtocolServer would be able to establish a TCP connection to the server before we come up with an actual HTTP request to send there.
