LibWeb: Data URLs should be shared between all WebContent/Worker processes that are same-origin
Currently we store data urls in the ResourceLoader in a per-process way. This breaks loading data urls for new tabs on the same page, and for Workers.
We need to store these in some centralized location on a per-origin basis.
Options include:
- In SQLServer? Would require routing through the browser chrome, or handing a database connection to folks
- In a shared RequestServer? That would mean using RequestServer as somewhat of a database of data urls, but would also be nice in the way that "all" urls could go through request server
- Directly in the browser chrome
Issues include:
- how to invalidate data urls when we don't need them anymore? (cache invalidation :( )
- Are data urls supposed to be global? per-agent-cluster? per browser process? per-user-agent?
